Deep ruby red colour with mint, licorice & eucalyptus on the nose. It’s a full bodied wine with high acidity & med + tannins. A little aeration time of 30mins will definitely help to soften the tannins and make it more approachable to our palate. Tasted wet leather, earthy with black olive & plenty of minerals. Medium to long with peppery spicy finish.
