Packs a mighty punch for something so unassuming. Robust, interesting and passably complex— all without breaking the bank! Let it breathe 30 minutes for guaranteed satisfaction! Dark, opaque, black cherry hue with a thin rose rim. What a nose! So much in there that it’s difficult to unpack. Blackberry, green pepper, cloves, peach and smoke. Attack is very full bodied, acidic and medium dry with leathery tannins. Palate of black currant, plum, chipotle and chocolate. Finishes long, spicy and a bit sweet.
