Bepin De Eto Prosecco Brut Superiore DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, 2023

Cultivated in the heart of the Colli di Conegliano, on the slopes of the first foothills of the Dolomites in the hilly landscape of northern Italy, the creation of this fresh and light Prosecco begins. The Bepin de Eto winery is family-run and is in the 3rd generation of the Ceschin family. At this winery the thoughts of sustainable agriculture merge with the determination of generations. The authentic wines from Bepin de Eto are characterized by tradition, character and striving for quality. The excellent Prosecco from sunny Italy has a delicate straw yellow color with green light reflections. It inspires with a fruity note of apple, pear & peach and a delicate hint of roses and acacia blossoms. Pleasantly fresh and tasty in taste. A nice sour note in the finale. Goes very well with finger foods with fish, shellfish and mussels. "Salute!"
