Description

First thing I notice is the citrus.

It immediately gets you in your jaw line like good citrus should. It attack and tang, which lingers on the palate, but an elegance too.

This a beautifully dry Provence rose. Strawberries, blackberries, and some lemon/ lime. Nice long finish.

Excellent wine on the deck with some sharp cheddar, shrimps, vegetarian and poultry.
